The situation of many Haitians in different Haitian communities in the diaspora is complicated. Activities that are being undertaken either by a small business or in the time that employees only sometimes allow them to respond to some needs or with a project that they have in a very short time. The responsibilities that they have may not allow them to gather the amount of money that they might need. It is all these reasons that make Unidhad set up this program, which is: the UNIDHAD Cash Fund (KPU). This program is a response to all the concerns of every Haitian in these communities It is a program that makes it easy for a person to make money even if he is not registered in the program. KPU is a social and economic program, but like all other programs, it rests on the opposite side. KPU programs such as PPF and others are social and economic programs that allow each group of people to make savings at one level or another. With a participatory approach, it is based on a unification base that allows many people to benefit from this program and will change the status of their members at some level. Therefore: Its main objective is:

»Encourage the gathering of Haitians
»Contribute to community development.
Everyday This level allows them to collect a specified amount of money every day for a period of 30 days. Each day a participant or member will have the chance to receive totality this amount, which will allow him to solve or realize any project. Note that this level is for people with a medium activity. ? Every week At this level, they will contribute a well-defined amount per week for a period of 30 weeks. Every week a member will have the chance to receive this amount to realize a project that was in his budget.
1- In order to be able to register in the program "Kès Pam Unidhad" (KPU) you will need:
¤Fill out the form online or at the UNIDHAD office in your area.
¤Photo of a valid ID such as passport, ID card etc.
¤You must be a member of the Family Protection Plan
¤Provide the real address where you live.
¤Give someone as a reference.
And 2 people who will sign for you as a guarantor, to be responsible for reimbursement in a difficulty or impossibility.
2- The registrations are done in line with the payments also if the country you are in does not yet have an office.
3- If the member does not have the possibility to do it online, he can meet with a UNIDHAD leader or a manager of the organization he is a member of.
1) A member can deposit for several Days/Weeks.

1) There are sanctions foreseen for all members who do not respect the principles and regulations of the KPU Program. These penalties are:
a) Blame
b) Radiation
2) If a member of the program does not pay on 1 day after day or 1 week after the set week, he has a written charge as a penalty.
3) If a member of the "Kès Pam Unidhad" (KPU) program does not pay 2 days or 2 weeks later, he will pay a penalty of 2% of the amount he has to give for each day (weekly) starting from the first day or in the 1st week.
4) From the 5 following days, he will pay a penalty of 10% of the amount he has to give for each day starting from the first day.
5) Starting from 3 weeks of follow-up, he will pay a penalty of 10% of the amount he has to give for each week starting from the first week.
6) If the member of the "Kès Pam Unidhad"(KPU) program does not pay within 6 days of follow-up, he will be summoned on the same 6th day to accompany his 2 guarantors for arrangements if the name of the member's file will be transferred to the cashier's service for legal proceedings.
7) Here are the other cases in which the member can receive a blame: ? If he gives a false name. ? fake address ? False age.
8) A reprimand: it is a written warning that the member receives that indicates that he does not comply with a rule of the program. On 3 blame the member is deleted.

He insults employees or members of the "Kes Pam Unidhad" (KPU) committee. ?
Making threats and lying about KPU and UNIDHAD leaders. ?
Lying about his countrymen. ?
Smoking and selling illegal drugs. ?
Insulting and fighting in the street. ?
If he gives courses to employees ?
Talk about "Kès Pam Unidhad" (KPU) badly on the street and in the media or social networks ?
Making threats and lying about KPU and UNIDHAD leaders. ?
Verbal and physical aggression on UNIDHAD employees and leaders ?
